Special Allergy Baking
Kim's offers a selection of gluten-free, nut free, dairy-free items.
These items are all made on a special order basis. Most items on our menu can be made dairy and/or egg free. We can also generally accommodate other allergy requests. Call and ask for Kim to discuss your special needs. We need to have a minimum of 48 hours notice for all Gluten-Free orders. Please understand that we do our best to accommodate all orders, however, if there is a large regular baking order, we may not be able to meet your order timeframe.
Orders can be received by fax, phone or email. Please note that if you fax or email an order, you will receive a phone or email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please call or resend . . . technology is not always perfect!

PLEASE NOTE:
Kim's Kitchen is a retail bakery that uses an assortment of regular baking ingredients, including wheat flour, dairy, soy, nuts and eggs. When baking gluten-free, we do take special care to ensure all wheat flour or ingredients that include gluten are put away and all utensils, appliances, baking sheets and baking surfaces are sanitized. However, we cannot guarantee that there is not any cross-contamination. If you are extremely sensitive, please understand that while we try to take every precaution, there is still a danger of cross-contamination.
